The airport's figures, each mapped to its source, what that source says, and a verdict. The accountability numbers the Authority would not give at the ribbon-cutting were reconstructed from its own audited financial report. Filter by category, search the text, and open any figure for its verdict, a link to the original source, the archived copy, and its SHA-256 fingerprint (hover it for the full hash; it matches what verify.py checks).

The spine. A $1.7 billion terminal, its budget up 54 percent, opened for a level of traffic Pittsburgh has not seen since the US Airways hub. In 2024 it served 9.95 million passengers against a 13-to-15-million design, 31 to 51 percent below capacity. And the debt behind it, which the Authority did not total at the podium, its own audited report puts at $1.25 billion outstanding and $2.5 billion in service to 2056.

The escalation is 54.5%. The story reports 54% (600/1100 floored); this package matches the published figure rather than round up.
$1.75B vs $1.7B
The ribbon-cutting headline said $1.75B; the final cost of record is $1.7B. The dataset holds the four dated budgets.
Inferred → audited
The undisclosed bond total was first an inferred residual (~$1.49B). The 2024 audit supplies the real figure: $1.248B outstanding.
